Flight 283 today... Delayed. I know, shocking, right? Still well under a 50% on time rate. I clearly enjoy self-flagellation since I keep giving this idiotic company additional chances. It's never the fault of the low level employees. If a business can't even perform its core competency adequately, it's obviously time for a change in executive management. Will it happen?
